Reclaim the Game Speakers’ Tour 2022

As the 2022 Men’s World Cup in Qatar draws closer, we turn our eyes and ears to the people whose labour makes the event possible in the first place: workers. In order to give a voice to those who are often not heard, the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is organizing the Reclaim the Game Speakers’ Tour.

Five guests from Nepal and Kenya will speak about their experiences on the World Cup construction sites in Qatar in ten cities across Germany from 18 to 29 September. For each event, simultaneous translation in German and English will be made available.

Below you will find an overview of the individual Speakers' Tour events, including the guests who will be present. The thematic focus varies slightly from event to event.
