The scholarship foundation aims to compensate for social, political, or gender disadvantages; therefore, women, those in social need, and people with disabilities are given preference in cases of comparable achievements and commitment. Students and doctoral candidates in scientific, technical, and engineering disciplines, as well as students of public administration, are expressly encouraged to apply.
