Organizing for Power: Strike School!

An online training and networking program for organizers around the world. Hosted by Jane McAlevey and the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung

Organizing seminar for Canadian teachers* (Peel region, Ontario)

Organizing for Power is a skills-focused training program that brings together rank-and-file unionists, fulltime organizers, and organizing groups from across the world.

Led by renowned labor activist and educator Jane McAlevey and started in late 2019, O4P has already trained over 5,000 organizers from more than 60 countries on core issues such as leadership identification, semantics and the words we use, how to have 1-1 conversations, and developing structure tests for your organizing group. And this is just the beginning.

Going forward, Organizing for Power will continue to expand its training program to include strike preparation, whole worker organizing, train-the-trainer programs, and sector- and country-specific trainings. Learn more here, or in عربي / ESP / FRA / РУС / עברית / DEU / ENG here.

You can also register for our next training, Strike School, which starts on the 24th of September and is open to groups of 4+ organizers. Find out more about Strike School and request interpretation:
