Fabian Wisotzky studied Eastern European history in Bochum and Barnaul. He has been working for the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung since 2018, first as a project manager for Central Asia and since 2019 as a senior adviser for Eastern and Central Eastern Europe.
