Wilhelm Dittmann
– Social Democratic politician, 1912-1918; member of the Reichstag 1920-1933; joined the USPD in 1917; sentenced to five years in prison in February 1918 for attempted treason; member of the Council of the People’s Deputies from November 1918; together with Arthur Crispien, co-Chairman of the USPD from 1919-1922, then, among other positions, Secretary in the SPD party leadership; emigrated in 1933.
